RHCES Partner Program: Partner Terms

The short version

• You earn 7% of the price when someone buys through your link.
• Your link works for 30 days on the buyer's browser. If they click another partner's link later, that partner gets the credit (the last link wins).
• Your commission shows on your dashboard as soon as the buyer's payment is confirmed and is paid at the next payout (on the 15th or the 28th of the month), when you have at least PHP 500, by GCash or bank (the transfer fee is deducted from the payout).
• You may also buy through your own link, for yourself or for a customer, and earn the same 7%.
• Please write "Affiliate link" near your link. No spam, no fake reviews.
• You may run ads, but never bid on RHCES names, never pretend to be RHCES, and show only real prices.
• We approve every partner, and we may refuse or close an account that breaks these rules.
• You are responsible for your own taxes.

Everything below says the same thing in full. If a rule is not clear, write to info@rhces.com before you act.

1. About these terms

These terms are between RHCEPEDA Engineering Services ("RHCES", "we", "us"), Philippines, and the person who joins the RHCES Partner Program ("you", "partner"). When you tick the box on the join form and confirm your email, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can join

2.1You must be at least 18 years old.

2.2Joining is free. We approve every partner and we may say no without giving a reason (we will try to tell you why).

2.3One person, one account. Do not open more than one account, and do not share your account or your sign-in codes.

2.4What you tell us must be true and complete (your name, email, mobile, how you will share, and your payout details). Keep it up to date.

3. What you can promote

3.1You may promote the public products that are for sale on these three stores: spreadsheets.rhces.com (Spreadsheets), library.rhces.com (E-books) and ebooks.rhces.com (Kids' Books).

3.2Not included: the Apps store, the checkout on rhces.com, free items, and private offers and pack links (links that start with /pack/). No commission is paid on these. A product that is listed for everyone in one of the three stores earns commission, whatever it is called.

3.3There is no discount for buyers who use a partner link. The price is the price shown in the store. Do not promise a discount, a sale or a price that the store does not show.

3.4Our products are licensed to the buyer only. Do not share, upload or resell the files, and do not give out download links.

4. Your link and how credit works

4.1When you are approved you get a partner code and links (in your dashboard). Use only the links we give you.

4.2When someone opens your link, we save a small cookie in their browser for 30 days. If they buy in that time, the order is credited to you. The last partner link opened wins.

4.3We can only credit what we can see. If the buyer clears cookies, switches browser or device, or blocks cookies, we cannot credit you. We do not credit orders made by phone, message or through a private link.

5. Your commission

5.1Your commission is 7% of the price the buyer paid for the product, for each paid order, rounded to the centavo. Example: a PHP 449.00 spreadsheet earns you PHP 31.43.

5.2The rate that applies is the rate on the day the order is paid. We may agree a different rate with you in writing. We may change the standard rate (see section 12).

5.3A commission is earned when the buyer's payment is confirmed. It is removed if the order is refunded, disputed, charged back, found to be fraudulent, or made in a way that breaks these terms.

5.4No commission is paid on: free items, test orders, private offers and pack links, and orders that we cancel.

6. Payouts

6.1Payable at once. Each commission becomes payable as soon as the buyer's payment is confirmed and it shows on your dashboard. There is no waiting period.

6.2Minimum. We pay once you have at least PHP 500.00 payable. Less than that is carried over to the next payout date.

6.3When. We pay twice a month, on the 15th and the 28th, for all commissions that are payable by the end of the day before.

6.4How. By GCash or bank transfer to an account in your own name, using the details you gave. Your dashboard shows what is waiting, payable and paid. We will email you when a payout is sent, with a reference.

6.5Your details. Keep your payout details correct. To change them you must enter a code we email you, and we will tell you by email when they change. We cannot get back money sent to the details you gave us.

6.6Transfer fee. The fee for sending your payout (for example a bank transfer, InstaPay or GCash fee) is deducted from the payout. Example: PHP 600.00 payable, PHP 15.00 transfer fee, PHP 585.00 sent. Your dashboard and the payout email show the fee. Any fee your own bank or wallet charges for receiving the money is also yours.

6.7If a commission is removed after we paid it (for example, a buyer's dispute is won), the amount is taken off your next payout. If you have no next payout, we may ask you to return it.

7. Taxes

7.1You are responsible for any tax on the money you earn from the program (income tax, percentage tax or VAT, and registering with the BIR where the law requires it).

7.2We may ask for your TIN or other documents, and where the law requires it we may withhold tax from a payout and give you the certificate.

7.3We keep records of every payout. Nothing in these terms is tax advice.

8. Rules for promoting your link

8.1Say it is an affiliate link. Put "Affiliate link" (or "I earn a commission if you buy through this link") clearly next to or above every link you share, in posts, videos (say it in the video and in the description), emails and messages.

8.2Be honest. Describe the products truthfully. Do not promise results (for example passing an exam or getting a job). Do not copy our pages and pass them off as your own.

8.3Do not:

• send spam: unwanted messages, mass tagging, comment spam, or posting in groups that do not allow promotion;
• post fake reviews or testimonials, or use fake or duplicate accounts;
• pretend to be RHCES or its owner, or use our name or logo as if the page were ours (you may say you are an "RHCES partner");
• use tricks to get clicks or cookies: forced or hidden clicks, auto-redirects, pop-unders, hidden frames or images, paid-per-click schemes for people to open your link, or software that sets our cookie without a real visit;
• share the link on sites with adult, hateful, illegal or misleading content;

Paid ads (allowed, with these rules)

8.4You may run paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Bing and others) that send people to your partner link. These rules are part of the terms:

• (a) Never bid on RHCES names. Do not use "RHCES", "RHCEPEDA", "rhces.com", our store names or our product names that contain our brand, or spelling variants of them, as keywords, in ad text meant to look like ours, or in targeting. Add them as negative keywords in every search campaign.
• (b) Never impersonate us. Your ad must not look as if RHCES made it: do not use our logo or page name as your profile, do not show our website address as your ad's address, and say clearly that you are an independent partner.
• (c) No fake prices. Show only the real price. No made-up discounts, countdowns, "free" claims or crossed-out prices.
• (d) Use the Direct link (the one with ?ref= in it) as your ad's destination, not the short rhces.com/r/ link, because ad platforms dislike redirects.
• (e) Follow the ad platform's own rules and the law.
• (f) Show us on request. Within 3 working days of our request, send us screenshots of your ads, your keyword and negative keyword lists, and the name and ID of the ad account that sends traffic to your link.

8.5How we check. We may look at public ad libraries (the Meta Ad Library, the Google Ads Transparency Center), search for RHCES brand terms, and read our own click records. Clicks that arrive from a Google Ads click are marked for review before any payout, so the commission may be paid later than usual while we check.

8.6If a rule is broken, the commission for the traffic involved is cancelled (or taken off your next payout if already paid), and for repeated or serious cases we close the account.

9. Buying through your own link

You may buy through your own link, for yourself or for a customer who asks you, and you earn the same 7% commission. When you buy for a customer, put the order in the customer's own name and email: the licence (the name printed on the files and the licence certificate) is issued to the buyer named on the order.

10. Refusing, pausing and closing accounts

10.1We may refuse an application, pause an account, or close it at any time, for example if you break these terms, if we suspect fraud, or if we end the program.

10.2While an account is paused or closed, new clicks on your links are not counted.

10.3You may close your account at any time by writing to info@rhces.com.

10.4If you ask us to close your account, the commissions you have already earned are paid at the next payout, even if the total is below PHP 500. If we close the account because you broke these terms or committed fraud, the commissions are held and we decide each one.

11. You are independent

You are not our employee, agent or partner in business, and you cannot make promises or sign anything for RHCES. You pay your own costs, including the cost of any ads.

12. Changes

12.1We may change these terms, the commission rate, the payout schedule, the minimum payout, or end the program.

12.2We will tell you by email and on this page. A lower commission rate or a new waiting period applies only to orders that are paid at least 14 days after we tell you (the rate is the one on the day the buyer's payment is confirmed, see 5.2).

12.3If you keep using your links after a change, you accept it. If you do not agree, you can close your account.

13. What we promise, and what we do not

13.1We do our best to count every click and sale, but we cannot promise earnings, that our websites are always available, or that every sale can be credited (section 4.3).

13.2We may correct mistakes in the numbers, for example when an order is removed.

13.3Our responsibility to you is limited to the commissions that are due and unpaid to you. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

14. Privacy

Who we are. RHCEPEDA Engineering Services (RHCES), Philippines, runs the RHCES Partner Program and decides why and how your personal information is used. This section follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Questions or requests: info@rhces.com.

What we collect from partners.

• When you apply: your name, email, mobile number, how and where you will share your link (and the links you give us), whether you will run paid ads, and your payout details (GCash number or bank account, and the name on the account).
• When you use the program: the times you sign in, a one-way scrambled code made from your network address, a short text about your browser, clicks on your links (see below), and the orders and commissions that come from them. Our program does not store your IP address. Our web host keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for a limited time, as every website host does.
• What you write to us.

Why we use it. To check your application, run your dashboard, count your sales, pay you, stop fraud and self-purchases, keep our accounting records, and send you the emails of the program (codes, approval, payouts).

Who sees it. Only RHCES. When we pay you, the bank or GCash sees your account details. Our website host and email service handle the data for us. We do not sell your information, and we do not put advertising pixels on the partner pages.

How it is protected. Sign-in is by a 6-digit code sent to your email. Your payout details are stored encrypted and shown to you only with the middle digits hidden. To change them you must enter a new code.

Cookies on the partner pages. rhces_pt keeps you signed in (30 days). rhces_pf and rhces_pc protect the forms and the code you asked for (a few minutes to 2 hours). These cookies are needed for the program to work.

Clicks on your links. When a visitor opens your link we save one small cookie in their browser for 30 days (rhces_ref, holding your partner code, the date it ends, a one-letter click mark and a signature) and one row: the date, the page, the website they came from, whether the link carried a click mark from Google, Facebook, TikTok or Bing (Google, TikTok and Bing add theirs to ad clicks; Facebook adds its own also to links in ordinary posts), and a one-way scrambled code that changes every day. We keep these rows for 13 months. You see totals only. We never show you a buyer's name, email or any detail about them.

How long we keep it. Commission and payout records are kept as long as the law requires us to keep accounting records. Sign-in records and clicks are kept for 13 months. If we reject your application, we delete your payout details, mobile number and the text you wrote about how you share after 30 days (we keep your name and email so that the same application is not sent twice by mistake; write to info@rhces.com and we remove them too). If you close your account, we remove your name, email, mobile number, payout details and application text as soon as nothing is owed either way; the commission and payout records we must keep then carry no personal details.

Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, to object to how it is used, and to receive a copy. Write to info@rhces.com. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

15.1These terms follow the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
