Method
- L = R·Δ (rad). Stations from PC to PT at the user interval, plus PT.
- For each station, arc length s from PC → angle subtended θ = s/R (rad).
- Deflection from PC: δ = θ/2.

- Coordinate: bearing from PC = back-tangent azimuth ± δ (sign by direction); offset c.
